WHAT IS THE FIXED HOURS MONTHLY SUPPORT PACKAGE?
With the fixed hours monthly support you can access advice, guidance and personalised documents to help support all your employment needs and pay for a set number of hours per month. This is perfect if you have a lot of employees and feel the cost of the remote monthly support package with unlimited support is too much for you. This will include:
Access to advice and support via phone, email, video call or prearranged meetings where required within the agreed hours
The option of a 3, 6 or 12 month contract
Access to employment legislation updates when required
Documentation tailored to your business
As an optional extra, you can add on Employment Law Protection Insurance to cover the legal expenses of employment disputes, settlements and the cost of awards at employment tribunals
And as another optional extra, you can also access the HR software to streamline your business admin from sickness logs to holiday requests, if required

Providing you with HR documentation tailored to your business such as:
- Contracts of employment
- Staff Handbook
- Policies
- Documentation to confirm any changes in terms and conditions i.e. change of hours, change of pay.
All documentation will be stored within GDPR guidelines.
2 hours per month
*3, 6 or 12 mth contractUnused hours will roll over each month but will be lost at the end of the agreed contract period.
Additional hours will be charged at a discounted rate of £60 per hour at the end of the agreed contract period (if you have gone over the agreed hours).
4 hours per month
